Chef Sharleene is Jamaican born and raised. She brings with her the deeply rooted flavors of both the country side and the street food of the island’s bustling city life.

However, her playful. vibrant and uniquely flavorful creations are not limited to Jamaican cuisine. Chef Sharleene has been satisfying the most complex and diverse of pallets for over 2 decades.
